“I can’t begin to describe the professionalism of this company. I had used them for an ordinary ride to the airport and all went fine so I decided I would use them whenever I needed a car service.  So I again booked them for a ride to airport. Well as it turned out I had to change my reservation and there was a glitch in that reservation. They were so kind and willing to take all responsibility they made my experience with them an amazing experience. They had gotten me to the airport without any issue and I thought I was on my way for a fun vacation with family. The airline had us sitting for hours on plane in extreme heat waiting to take off only to be returned to the gate and removed from the plane to sit for hours at a gate being delayed hour after hour. My husband with dementia had enough so I called our wonderful car service asking what they could do to get us home. The “owner” isnot his secretary but the actual owner ask me to let him see what he could do and he will call me back. Minutes later he called me telling me he has someone who is willing to pick up the ride .  This wasn’t in the afternoon, it was later at night. I was beyond thankful and I can’t recommend this company enough. They are prompt ,professional and most definitely kind. Thanks to them my husband might be willing to board a plane again some day.  Thank you Jay for all your help you and your drivers are all wonderful 😊 also a big thank you to our driver he was a life saver🥰” –

“In a world full of options, it’s not always easy choosing the “right” one.  I first booked EZ ride car service last year when needing transportation from Suffolk county to JFK.  I emailed and got a quote and response within the same day.  I must admit I was skeptical when they didn’t take a payment or hold prior to my departure, but the driver arrived just as I had booked both at my door and at the terminal.  I used them again this year and couldn’t be happier with their service.  The night before a 6:30 am pickup Jet Blue changed our flight time by 2 hours! I called and they reassured me the driver would pick us up at 4:30 am and not to worry.  What could have been a nightmare rushing and scrambling with luggage and kids was made so much easier by their excellent service and clean beautiful SUVs.  I will continue using EZ Ride and would recommend to anyone in need of airport transportation!” –

“I called a few days before my mum intended to travel to South America, and booked an SUV. I spoke to JAY who was friendly and courteous. He assured me that my 83 year old mum would be in “good hands”. A day before pick-up, Jay called to re-confirm the reservation. The day of the flight, Jay arrived at 2:49am for a 3:00am pick-up. Without hesitation, Jay placed 5 very large and heavy bags into the car. By 3:15am, he was ready to go, and headed to the airport. Upon arrival to the airport, Jay waited patiently for 2 hours (as there were some issues at check in). “I was flying to my cousins funeral from Arizona. I was rerouted by AA to LaGuardia instead of MacArthur Airport in Islip where I was suppose to land. My girlfriend recommended LI Car Service saying how reliable they were. The driver Jake waited for me even though my AA flight left 40 min late. He met me in the luggage area, which was greatly appreciated as I had just had back surgery. In addition, he was able to get permission from his boss to transport 4 additional people I had met who were also rerouted by AA to LaGuardia. Their cars were at the MacArthur Airport. I just can’t say enough words to express my gratitude. I handed out their business card to my family once I was reunited with them in Selden. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful service.
